I am selling grain or grass fed beef in the package ready for your freezer. The price is $2.50/lb on the dress (hanging) weight. All steaks and roasts are VACUUM SEALED (which last about 1-2 years in your freezer), and hamburg (lots of it packaeged in 1, 2, or 5 lb packages). The cattle are processed at Tri Town Packing, which is a well known state certified slaughter house and the cattle are USDA approved.(these are all 100% beef cattle which are slaughtered at 2-4 years of age). The meat is cut to your specific order meaning YOU talk to the butcher yourself and tell him what you want. We sell quarters, halves, and whole beef.
